Yamaha India set to launch new model in Yamaha YBR with 125cc engine on 5th of August at Noida. As know we know about Yamaha had launched its Yamaha YBR with 110cc engine in the month of Feb 2010 and the bike became a most popular model in this segment by Yamaha so the company decided to launch Yamaha YBR 125 with most awaited features.
India Yamaha has announced to launch bikes in all categories in India. That is also in line with the announcement of grabbing around ten per cent market share of two-wheeler segment in India. The company displayed two concept models at Delhi Auto Expo 2010. The models were Yamaha YBR and Yamaha SZ.

The new Yamaha YBR 125 is expected to generate the power of 11 PS at 7500 rpm and thumping torque of 10.4 Nm at 6500 rpm. The new bike is expected to be a great performer and also very fuel efficient. The company has got a tremendous response all over the world for Yamaha YBR 125.

This entry-level bike competes with Bajaj Discover, Hero Honda Splendor plus, Honda CB Twister, TVS Star City etc. Particularly, it competes with Bajaj Discover 100cc with its competitive price.
The 106cc mill of Yamaha YBR develops a peak power of 7.6 PS at 7,500 rpm and 7.85 Nm of top torque at 6,000 rpm. The bike has a 4 speed constant mesh gearbox. Yamaha YBR has been gifted with self and kicks start options. The bike sports alloy wheels and drum brakes at both end. The YBR is loaded with rear adjustable shocker.
The fuel tank capacity of Yamaha YBR is of 13 litres with a 1.5 litres of reserve.
The appearance of the Yamaha YBR is not that much killing as other Yamaha bikes has. It does look same as Yamaha YBR 125 but a few panels and features are not available in India-bound YBR.
