Items returned must be unused with the receipt, in the original package. If you return an item to us please get a proof of shipment (just in case your item does not reach us. You can check with your courier).
We will not be held responsible for the loss of returned items as well as the returned shipping cost. All Warranty Claims are RTB (Return To Base) and all shipping costs are paid for by the customer.
