5. Promotion
How To Enter
Individuals will gain entries into the prize draws by completing their contact details on the Honda Motorcycles Site (www.hondapcx.com.au) prior to the close date.
The draw venue address will take place at 1954-1956 Sydney Road, Campbellfield, VIC 3061. The draw date will be on the 1st of November 2010, 3.00PM (AEST)
Promotion commences 20/08/10. Entries close 15:00 AEST on 30/10/10. Draws will take place on 1/11/10 at 1954-1956 Sydney Road, Campbellfield, VIC 3061 at 15:00 AEST. Winners will be notified by mail, and telephone. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winners names will be published in The Australian Newspaper on the 3 November 2010 in the “Classifieds” section.
Total prize value is $25,000 including GST and on road costs.
No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
An Electronic Draw using Microsoft Excel will be used to the conduct the draw to generate random numbers.
Each successful entry will be assigned a number in sequence, starting from 1.
6. Conditions Of Entry
The first five valid entries drawn will each win a PCX Scooter. The prize is not redeemable for cash. The first five valid entries drawn will each win a PCX scooter valued at $5000, including all on road and registration costs.
The total prize value is $25,000 including GST and on road costs. Promotion commences 20 August 2010; entries close at 30 October 2010.
Draw details: The competition will be drawn at Honda Motorcycles Power Equipment Head Office, 1954 – 1956 Sydney Road, Campbellfield, Victoria 3061, on 1st November 2010 at 15:00(AEST). Winners will be notified by mail, telephone and email. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winner names will be published in The Australian Newspaper on the 3 November 2010 in the “Classifieds” section.
Prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable in full or in part.
A redraw for any unclaimed prizes will be held on 15 November 2010, 3.00pm AEST at 1954-1956 Sydney Road, Campbellfield, VIC 3061. Winners will be notified in writing on 16 November 2010 and their names will be published in The Australian Newspaper on the 17 November 2010 in the “Classifieds” section.
Any costs in excess of the value of the Prize (including GST) are the responsibility of the winner.
The entrant releases from and indemnifies the Promoter against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of the entrant’s participation in the Promotion, or breach of these terms and conditions, including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the entrant or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised by the entrant, each entrant consents to the personal information they submit with their entry – being entered into the Promoter’s marketing database to be used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant.

The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries.
