Moto Guzzi Breva 750

MOTO GUZZI BREVA V 750 I.E. A BREATH OF FRESH AIR

The famous Moto Guzzi factory is based at Mandello del Lario, Italy, in the picturesque region of Lake Como. Breva is the name of the wind that blows from the south over Lake Como, which brings fine weather to the region. Moto Guzzi rightly believed the same good fortune would follow with their Breva, the well received entry-level bike, which is light and fun to ride and which breathes new life into the Guzzi 750cc segment.

The look is captivating, its timeless lines successfully combining classical and modern tastes. It’s a style designed to be immune to the vagaries of fashion.  The minimalist windshield on the front fairing accentuates the sporty character, also emphasised by the front mudguard and the tail (both reduced to a minimum) and by the belly pan.

The appearance is clean and functional, in a simple design, which does not hide the touch of class given by the die-cast aluminium three-spoke wheels.

A bike perfectly at ease, whether on city streets or on the open road, with the unmistakeable Moto Guzzi character of the shaft drive transmission and the hallmark 90° V-twin engine, which is almost completely enveloped by the tank. The Breva has an ultra-rigid double cradle frame in high tensile steel and agile handling is assured by the Marzocchi front forks.

Particularly easy to handle, it is small in size, lightweight and very comfortable when riding two up, thanks to the shape and generous padding of the seat.  With these characteristics, the Breva is just as suitable for regular town use as it is for longer weekend trips.

The double rear shock-absorber guarantees impeccable road holding and comfort, even on the worst roads. With the sudden stops required in city traffic, the rider will appreciate the braking system with a 320mm front disc brake, held by a Brembo Gold Series floating caliper with four opposing pistons. The Breva is perfect for those who have never owned a bike, but will also appeal to experienced riders wanting to rediscover the very essence of everyday motorcycling.

The improved engine contributes to the excellent manoeuvrability – the 90° V-twin has been reworked and improved using the latest technology and fitted with electronic fuel injection. The high engine torque, present right from low revs, guarantees a relaxing ride even for less experienced riders. More sporty riders won’t fail to appreciate the position of the exhaust – short and sloping upwards – for greater ground clearance, even on routes calling for extreme lean angles.

The Moto Guzzi Breva is a thoroughbred – attractive to look at and easy to manage, designed to appeal to all types of motorcyclist. Accessories include a lower seat option, tank bag, 30 litre panniers, centre stand kit, ABUS disc lock and branded motorcycle cover.

Available in Red, Silver or Black, it retails at Ј4,915 plus on the road charges. All new Moto Guzzi bikes come with 2 years manufacturer’s warranty and 2 years European Roadside Assistance and Recovery.
