– Moto-Pro Suspension (Front Forks Rear Shock) kits installed. It is setup for a 200 Lbs Beginner-Intermediate / Intermediate track rider valuing with front and rear spring rate to match the 200-215Lbs rider weight.
– I have stock springs as well if needed and you can purchase different valve shims from Moto-Pro (http://www.moto-pro.com/ProductPage.asp?strMPSID=SHIMS) to adjust valuing for the kind of riding you plan to do, be it track or woods riding. The revalue install is not that bad at all and the values shims are very cheap (
$3 – $10) and the guys at Moto-Pro will send you instructions on what to do and they are very helpful via the phone as well.
This bike has visited the track some but never raced as I stopped riding just after I did all the suspension work which was done some 2.5 years ago.
Some of the red anodized parts have faded due to sun exposure.
I used Bel-Ray 2 stroke oil in this bike 95% of the time just as the owner before had used and I always used a richer oil to gas ratio for greater engine life protection of around 45:1 ratio +/- 4%.
Used Repsol brand oil for the lower crank case oil which is a very good top shelf oil. I also always changed/serviced the air filter more often than needed as I feel that a clean air filter is one of the most important things to do to get as much life out of an engine as possible.
