Bajaj Auto is the leading two and three wheel automobile manufacturer in India and ranks 4 th largest throughout the world. The company has a long tradition of producing stylish bikes delivering excellent performance. Bajaj Avenger is one such cruiser introduced by the company.

This bike has been launched after its predecessor, the Kawasaki Eliminator and sports some changes.

The Bajaj Avenger 200 review shows that the bike has a 198.8cc, 4-stroke, DTS-i, oil cooled engine. This engine can generate power of 17.51 Ps at 8000 rpm along with torque of 16.78 Nm at 6000 rpm. The length of the bike is 2185mm and its height is 1060mm while its width is 750 mm. The weight of the bike is 152 kgs and it has a ground clearance of 140 mm. The bike has fuel tank capacity of 14 litres.

The engine of the Avenger delivers less torque compared to the Pulsar.

The bike has a 5-speed gearbox and it is extremely smooth ensuring crisp performance, good throttle and positive, comfortable riding experience. The top speed of the bike is 114km/hr and it can reach 0 to 60 km/hr in 5.18 seconds and 0 to 100 km/hr in just 20.03 seconds.

The Bajaj Avenger 200 enjoys its cruiser looks thanks to its 1475mm wheelbase with 17” front wheels along with 15” rear wheels. The bike has broad ride seat and the riding position is spread out so as to ensure optimum riding comfort. The handlebar is flat with twin down tube frame at the front.

It may be difficult to handle the cruiser particularly in heavy traffic conditions.

The bike has an exceptional brake system which includes 260mm hydraulically operated disc brake for front while rear has mechanically expanding 130mm drum type.
