Intro

Although it is intriguing to see that all Sachs motorcycles and scooters are innovative by definition, it is also fascinating to note that the 2011 Peirspeed Sachs MadAss is one of the German manufacturer’s most ingenious designs. Upon first glance, many two-wheel vehicle enthusiasts disregard it as a fine engineering feat. However, they have all been proven wrong by Sachs this time because the company has provided a new, cutting-edge design to impress consumers.

This lightweight, urban motorcycle has been created to break the status quo of what motorcycles should ride and look like. Forget a big and bulky chassis, or long and wide handlebars to make the bike look aggressive. The Sachs scooter is anything but aggressive-looking.

In fact, it looks more of something that a pre-teen would purchase to get around the neighborhood. However, looks can be deceiving, and in this case they are to a certain extent. The MadAss has enough oomph to be a competitive scooter and challenge several of its competitors in this arena. Just because it does not look conventional does not mean that it lacks performance in key areas.

The Sachs is modern engineering at its best, with a lightweight frame and optimized engine; this scooter can be pushed beyond city driving. For those who enjoy it, long-distance or highway driving is not impossible when on this scooter. It may not be pleasant to feel that large semi drive by on the highway, but the Sachs MadAss will hold its ground.

Currently, the MadAss is only sold in the U.S by Peirspeed Powersports Dealers. This bike has a unique frame design that is the reason behind its superb handling. The rear mono shock, the banana swing arm, and main frame are all parallel. The rear wheel absorbs jolts and sends them forward right to the front suspension instead of the rider. This ensures that the rider has a relatively comfortable ride even on rough terrain.

The MadAss is a lightweight machine, which is why it is easy to handle and maneuver. The Sachs MadAss is a sporty and sleek motorcycle that has been designed with a minimalist theme. This puts every pound of this bike to good use in terms of easy maneuverability and decent torque.

It certainly does not look like a run of the mill motorcycle in any way; rather, it seems like it has embraced the new age with open arms. The design is peculiar and will certainly intrigue motorcycle enthusiasts of all kinds. The relatively thick tires enable the MadAss to get good grip on all sorts of terrain. In addition, the high seat allows comfortable seating position for riders.

Available in Flat Black, Graphite, Bright Silver, Racing Red, and Sun Yellow, the MadAss can meet the needs of a teenager the same way it meets the needs of a middle-aged man. What matters at the end is performance, and that it offers for the minimalistic scooter it is. Therefore, other minimalist scooters out there have tough competition in the form of the 2011 Peirspeed Sachs MadAss.
