07 Kawasaki ZZR600 Sport Bike 1800 Miles. w/VIDEO! LOOK – $4440 (Beaverton, SW Portland)
Up for sale is this Beautiful Shiny Black 2007 ZZR 600, also called the ZX6 or the ZX6E. I am the second owner of the bike. Originally bought by a neighbor for his son who deployed and the son stayed in the military, so the dad just rode it around to keep the juices flowing and thus, it has literally NO MILES on it.
A Like New Mechanically sound bike! It currently has 1800 miles on it. Not a typo. less than 2000 miles!
It is an Extremely Smooth riding bike, with absolutely ZERO mechanical issues, dropped once on the right side at low speed, small cosmetic blemishes on the fork, fairing, and pipe ( pictured here ). Like i said the bike is in great condition and has always had its regular maintenance. Bike is bone STOCK except for flush mount front turn signals and a tank protector. Come see for yourself, Im letting this nearly brand new bike go for a great price.

This bike is related to the Ninja but it is NOT a ninja. It is very similar to the 2000 and 2001 XJ-6R by Kawasaki. Many of the parts and fairings are interchangeable.
The XJ won a shoot out, so Kawasaki decided to bring the bike back and now it is called the zzr600. It is an extremely Smooth Shifting Bike! I’ve ridden dozens of sport bikes in the 9 years I’ve been riding and I honestly have to say this is by far the smoothest bike I’ve ever ridden. I ride with my friend who rides a Gixxer 750 and the ZZR has no trouble keeping up.
It is barely broken in, so I haven’t been stomping on it. the last owner was also in his 50’s so it hasn’t been HONED by a squid. I’m breaking it in nice and slow.

From Wikipedia The Kawasaki ZZR600 (or Ninja 600 or ZX-6E) is a sport standard motorcycle manufactured by Kawasaki. The ZZR600 series motorcycles, as sold in the United States, are 600 cc motorcycles designed from previous generation sportbikes but incorporate more ergonomic seating positions and different graphics.
In Europe, the model designation differed. The motorbike was introduced in 1990 with the ZZR600 D1, with the D2 and D3 following in subsequent years. For 1993 the ZZR600 E1 was introduced with more muted colours and a slightly different fairing, and the model numbers went up E2, E3 etc. until the E13 in 2005.
In 2006 the model number was ZZR600 E6F. The 100 hp (75 kW) 599 cc engine powered all of the D and E series bikes.
In North America, the 2005 ZZR600 was a reissue of the 2000-2002 ZX600J (ZX-6R) model and remains unchanged save for a new, less invasive fairing stay. It is powered by the same 599 cc, liquid cooled, DOHC, inline four cylinder engine.
Notably, the ZZR600 uses a carbureted engine, even in its later model years, as it retains its similarity to the 2002 ZX-6R model. As such, the ZZR600’s choke control sits near the left handle grip.

Here’s a review from a rider on a zzr and 650r comparison site: GO for it says,
I was in the same boat lemme tell you. I thought both the 650r and ZZR were comfortable and attractive bikes. however I settled for the 08′ ZZR 600 as my first bike. It has enough power to satisfy and it is actually quite easy to handle. I can keep up with the other 600’s my friends have and can ride all day without having that sore fatigued feeling.
I am very pleased with my ZZR and I really enjoy my weekend rides around the island (Hawaii) with the homies.
I did get to ride a 650R after I purchased my ZZR and there is no comparison for me. They are wholly two different bikes altogether. The 650R is a much more upright bike with a completely different throttle feel.
The power is there, it just feels more spread out through the powerband.
The ZZR 600 has a nice powerband and is great when commuting in traffic or just cruising in general. But those times where you wanna lay on the throttle and see what its got. well it hasn’t disappointed me yet.
