Ducati 888 SP 5

Welcome to Great Bay Motorcycles

We’ve always been different. Thirteen years ago I threw in the towel on corporate America and opened a motorcycle shop. Most people thought I was crazy.

But, they didn’t count on the fact that there are a lot of other people who are crazy about motorcycles too.

Does your heart beat fast when you hear the thump, thump, thump of a Ducati V-Twin? Can you smell the weathered leather in your nostrils when a Triumph Scrambler flies by? Do you dream of Italian cafe’s when you see that sexy Vespa.

We thought so.

We’re small, in all the right ways. There’s no denying it, we’re a small company. But, to us, that’s a huge advantage. You won’t have to work your way through layers of bureaucracy to find someone knowledgeable or accountable in our shop.

No matter what department you’re in, you’re probably talking to the person in charge. We like it like that.

In fact, we think this personal attention is making a difference. Last year we ranked number two for Triumph sales in the northeast and number five for Ducati. We received our eighth Top 100 Award, placing us among the best powersports dealerships in the country.

More importantly, our customer satisfaction ranking for 2010 was number two in the US among all Triumph dealers.

A tiny bit selfish. We tend to think about ourselves when it comes to the products we carry. You see, everyday we have to ride these bikes, wear this gear and talk to people about this stuff. That’s why we choose our products so carefully; we use what we sell.

It also means we can be completely confident in recommending them to you.

The company you keep. If you have ever ridden a Triumph or Ducati, you know why we love these storied brands. From workhorse daily commuters to near-luxury exotics, these two manufacturers cover all the bases with style.

When we choose a brand of bike to sell it’s like a marriage. We’re in it for the long-haul, so we choose carefully.

And, don’t forget the Vespa/Piaggio scooters, they’re an absolute blast. They’re good looking, get great mileage, and are a hoot to bomb around on. We’re not bike snobs, if it’s got two wheels and it’s fun, we’re in!

Picky to a fault. We have a little problem with obsessive attention to detail. We like things to be ‘just so’. Whether it’s tuning the carburetor on a Triumph Bonneville or doing a valve job on a Ducati Superbike, until it purrs, we’re not done.

We know what it’s like to hand your baby over for service, don’t worry, we’ll treat it like our own.

The same thing goes for parts and accessories, we’ll take the time to help you get exactly what you need. There are a lot of options available, we can help you narrow them down. Relax, look around, ask questions, enjoy yourself.

It’s supposed to be fun.

We’ve sold bikes to over two thousand customers, many of them more than one. We’ve worked hard to earn that kind of trust and we don’t take it for granted. If you are a current customer thank you, we look forward to seeing you again soon.

If you haven’t been down to see us, give us a chance. we want to be your dealer.
